ThaismileTrip operates the ThaismileTrip mobile application (the "App"), which is designed to facilitate taxi job management between suppliers, drivers, and our internal dispatch system. We collect the following types of information from Suppliers and Drivers:

- Business details for suppliers (business name, registration, contact person, etc.).

- Login credentials (username and password). Passwords are stored securely — see Security below.
b. Job Information
- Job requests and job status (accepted/rejected).
- Trip details including pickup and drop-off locations, timestamps, assigned driver and supplier information, job completion time, and status updates.
c. Wallet and Transaction Data
- Job earnings, credit details, and payment transactions within the App.
d. Device Information
- Device type, operating system, app version, and other diagnostic data used for performance, troubleshooting, and improvement of the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Manage and assign taxi jobs between suppliers, drivers, and our dispatch system.
- Track job progress and ensure service quality.
- Process payments and update wallet balances.
- Communicate with users about job status, important updates, or support requests.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We may share your information only when necessary and under strict controls:
- With our internal dispatch and admin teams to coordinate bookings and operations.
- With suppliers and drivers involved in a specific trip to exchange trip-related details.
- With trusted service providers who help with app hosting, payment processing, analytics, or support — always under confidentiality and contractual data protection obligations.
- When required to do so by law or by legal authorities.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We retain user and job data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team (contact details below). Account deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our internal procedures.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews and audits. While we work to protect your information, no system is completely risk-free — please protect your login credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
